03Payment and Cancellation
We are committed to providing the highest quality software and services. However, refunds may be issued in certain circumstances according to the following terms:
Service or Product Defects
If there is a defect in any software or service caused by our side, you will be eligible for a refund. Our team will verify the issue and take necessary action.
Order Cancellation
After an order is confirmed, you may cancel it within a specific timeframe. Refunds for cancelled orders may be issued subject to applicable conditions.
Refund Process & Timeline
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support with your order number. Once approved, funds will be deposited into your designated account within 7-14 working days (subject to banking processing times).
Exceptions
Refunds are not applicable for customized software or special orders once finalized. Terms may be updated periodically according to company policy.
04Intellectual Property & Privacy
The Services and all content are owned by SineLab. You retain rights to your content but grant us a license to use it for providing Services.

Termination: We may terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Exclusive jurisdiction: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
